DayZeroTrade is committed to providing high-quality trading alerts and market analysis. We understand that our service may not be right for everyone. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
Trial Period
We offer a 1-day trial for $1 so you can evaluate our service before committing to a full subscription. The trial provides full access to DayZeroTrade features so you can make an informed decision about subscribing.
- The $1 trial fee is non-refundable.
- If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged the full subscription price.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard monthly plan at $99/month.
- You must cancel before the trial period expires to avoid being charged.
Monthly Subscription Refunds
Because DayZeroTrade delivers digital content (trade alerts and market analysis) that is consumed in real time, refunds are handled as follows:
- Within 3 days of renewal: If you are charged for a new billing cycle and request a refund within 3 calendar days of the charge, we will issue a full refund for that billing period, provided you have not accessed or acted upon any trade alerts delivered during that period.
- After 3 days of renewal: Refunds are generally not available after 3 days from the billing date, as digital content has been delivered and consumed. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for documented technical issues that prevented access to the Service.
- No partial-month refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No prorated or partial-month refunds will be issued.
Refund Eligibility Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with trade alert performance or trading losses. Trading involves risk, and DayZeroTrade does not guarantee profits. See our Disclaimer for full risk disclosures.
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal or trial conversion.
- Violation of our Terms of Service, including account sharing, redistribution of alerts, or other prohibited activities.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original charge date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account: Go to your Account Settings and select “Cancel Subscription.”
- By contacting us: Reach out through our contact page.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being permanently suspended. We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
